LUMAGLIDE

POLE
Pole shaft is extruded 6061 T6 aluminum with nominal outer diameter of 7.1" or 9.1" and thickness of 3/4". Nominal pole height is selected when ordering and is limited based on the selected outer diameter, with a maximum height of 24' on 7.1" OD poles and 27' on 9.1" OD poles. Pole includes 0.5" top cap which is set in place using 3 set screws.

Pole is hot-dip galvanized with coating inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to painting. The shaft accommodates between one and four 3' or 4' apertures. Apertures can be placed in the following locations: 1 slot at 0°, 2 slots at 90° or 180°, 3 slots at 90° or 120°, or four slots at 90°. Optional horizontally adjustable model separates slots into one 360° rotatable module. The handhole at the base of the shaft is oriented at 0° horizontal in line with one of four anchor bolts. Flush mounted handhole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8" and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. All hardware is stainless steel. Pole options include GFCI (see ordering logic on page 6), surge suppression (integral to luminaires), and fusing.

FIXTURE COMPATIBILITY
LUMAGLIDE offers complete flexibility in its fixture offering. Pole aperture accommodates a variety of fixtures including, but not limited to, wall-mounted luminaires, speakers, CCTV cameras, banners, etc. See below for a list of recommended luminaires. Consult factory for custom designs.
Maximum recommended weight is ~20 pounds per aperture, depending on wind load rating. Multiple fixtures or luminaires can be mounted in one aperture without exceeding 20 pounds. EPA calculations provided upon request.

ELECTRICAL
Pole includes welded wireway running the length of each aperture to retain structural validity of the pole. Wireway is top-sealed with an opening underneath to make electrical connections through the pole while maintaining water resistance on top. Luminaire or fixture wiring will be shipped separately and is to be field installed by a certified electrician only. Maximum UL approved wattage per pole is 300 Watts.

FINISH
Standard finishes include finely textured matte silver grey metallic, dark grey, graphite grey, matte black, or dark bronze. Special colors available on request.
Luminaires can be paint matched to pole upon request.

MOUNTING
Four hot-dip galvanized anchor bolts secure external flange with two leveling nuts and washers per bolt. Base cover is one-piece 0.080" spun aluminum and is finished to match the pole.
Luminaires and fixtures are mounted to the pole using custom mounting brackets, available separately. Consult the factory for design and availability of mounting brackets for fixtures by others.

WARRANTY
Limited product warranty period is five years.
