SERA 600

The contemporary free-form styling of SERA W features a one piece die-cast aluminum housing with integral adjustable fitter. Luminaire is standard with full cut-off, sealed optics. Formed aluminum door latch fits flush to the housing and provides tool-less access to the optical compartment. Frameless tempered glass lens is sealed to the housing with one piece profiled silicone gasket. Fabricated steel wall bracket is hot-dip galvanized prior to being finished in finely textured paint. All hardware is stainless steel.

HOUSING
One-piece luminaire housing and fitter are die-cast aluminum. Housing includes compartment for LED optical system and driver. Hinged aluminum door frame with bonded UV-stabilized prismatic lens is sealed to the housing with one-piece profiled silicone gasket when closed and secured with a single latch assembly. Formed aluminum door latch is flush to the housing when closed and provides tool-less access to the field replaceable LED light engine and driver. Luminaire mounts to 3'' O.D. tenon on bracket and is secured with two setscrews. Luminaire tilt angle may be adjusted from 0° to 15° in five degree increments. All hardware is stainless steel.

OPTICS
Optics include a choice of two or three individual LED modules. Each module consists of a field replaceable aluminum core PCB with four high-power LEDs and a single piece lens molded from optical quality acrylic. Light distributions include a choice of Type II, III, or IV optics. Luminaire emits zero uplight at 90 degrees horizontal and above and is suitable for use in all LEED lighting zones. CRI is 80+.

ELECTRICAL
Electronic LED driver supplies 700mA drive current to LED modules with input voltage range from 120v through 277v at 50/60Hz. Power consumption is 72 watts for models with two modules and 108 watts for models with three modules. Optional 0-10v DC dimming is available on request.

MOUNTING
Fabricated aluminum bracket assembly is composed of two side sections welded to horizontal plate section and wall mounting plate. Bracket assembly mounts over junction box and is secured to wall in four places.

FINISH
Housing is ultrasonically cleaned prior to painting. Standard finishes are finely textured dark grey, graphite grey, silver grey, black, and dark bronze. Special colors available on request.

WARRANTY
Limited product warranty period including the LEDs is five years. Driver shall carry the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
